Cada sessão de surf tem o seu tempo, o seu. Esta sessão envolve introdução às condições do mar, conhecimento do equipamento, segurança e ética dentro de água, análise da técnica e posterior feedback e, como é óbvio, muito e muito surf e boa disposição. Pela nossa experiência, o tempo praticado pelos nossos alunos é de 1h30min.

Na Surf4 You estamos especializados no coach pessoal. Se quiser ser apenas você com o nosso Surf Coach, assim será. No entanto, caso pretenda fazer uma sessão de surf com amigos ou familiares, então poderá trazer consigo até 4 pessoas.

You will have an experienced and fully qualified Personal coach, a ride to and from the beach or reef break. In a surf session it´s included the softboard, wetsuit and personal accident insurance.For advanced surfers it's recommended to bring their own equipment. All customized sessions are tailored to your specific needs and will be adapted according to your evolution plan.

Our prices depend if you are booking one half-day, a full day coaching, or if you are booking for a family/group pack, 5 days pack, 10 days pack. Our prices are per person and also depend on whether your personal surf session is “one to one” or with a couple of your friends. Reservation cancellation must be done 48 hours before the start of the activity. Cancellations within 48 hours are not entitled to a refund, except upon presentation of medical proof.

Surfing is done in the water (yes, really!), so you should be a confident swimmer. The most important are your determination and will, these are the key factors to develop your surfing skills.

Will and Want to do just that. Additionally, we recommend that you bring a beach towel, sunscreen, and a pair of board shorts for the Men and bikini or bathing suit for the Women. The wetsuit, the soft board and our professional surf coach are included.
