1. Surf4 You – Surf Sessions

1.1 While using our equipment (wetsuit and surfboard) the client agrees to use it with care. Surf4 You assumes no liability for any injury, damage, death, damages, losses or costs incurred by the customer and/or to third parties due to activities, error, negligence, offenses, misconduct, omissions, failures, false information or any illegal false information attributable to our company and you are not under the influence of alcohol, narcotic, drugs or any substance during the Surf session. We include a personal accident insurance in our surf sessions, unless considered a case of neglect or misconduct. In cases of neglect or misconduct the customer will be responsible for costs incurred in the repair or replacement of damaged equipment.

1.2 The following are considered cases of neglect or misconduct:

1.2.1 Use of soft boards outside the area defined by Surf4 You – Surf Coach.

1.2.2 Use of hard boards outside the area defined by Surf4 You – Surf Coach.

1.2.3 Assume the position of Surf Coach, jeopardizing his and their colleague’s safety, during a surfing session.

1.2.4 Walk or sit on the surfboard when upside down (fins faced upward).

1.2.5 More than one person walking or sitting on the board simultaneously.

1.2.6 Dragging of surfboard or wetsuit.

1.2.7 Any damage caused to the equipment intentionally.

1.2.8 Failure to follow safety procedures and advice given by Surf4 You – Surf Coach.

1.3 Cancellations, Changes and Returns:

1.3.1 Cancellations and Changes:
In case of cancellation, the customer will receive a credit for use in booking services supplied by us in the amount of:

– 100% refund if cancellation made 48 hours in advance of the scheduled start of service.

– 50% refund if cancellation made 12 hours in advance of the scheduled start of service.

– 0% if cancellation is not made 12 hours in advance of the scheduled start of service.

1.3.2 Returns: Under the conditions of subparagraph 1.3.1 the appropriate returns will be made in the form of credit. Returns are not made in other forms of payment.
